Job summary

TydeCo is seeking a Senior Accountant to serve as a strategic advisor within the CAAS team. You will manage client engagements, lead month-end closes, and mentor staff accountants in a fully remote role based in the United States.

You will leverage Sage Intacct, FloQast, and QuickBooks Online to optimize financial reporting, drive process improvements, and provide data-driven insights to clients, while ensuring GAAP compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience in outsourced accounting, advisory services, or CPA firms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct and FloQast for close management and reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting; payroll and tax filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage client engagements, deliver advisory insights, and mentor staff accountants.
• Oversee onboarding, implementations (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online), and system optimizations.
• Provide data-driven financial analysis, forecasts, and GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Collaborate across global teams to ensure consistency and client satisfaction.
