Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate to join its Technology Client Accounting Services (CAAS) team. You will own monthly recurring accounting for a portfolio of high-growth technology and ecommerce clients, ensuring accurate and timely close while collaborating with U.S.

and offshore teams to deliver a seamless experience. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in client-facing accounting, a Bachelor’s in Accounting (CPA preferred), and proficiency in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing accounting role
• Strong knowledge of financials, general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of technology and ecommerce clients
• Own and coordinate weekly accounting activities and month-end close with timely reconciliations
• Review team work and walk clients through monthly reporting
• Diagnose errors and recommend fixes for prior periods and future state
• Document processes and maintain knowledge of accounting systems and integrations
• Mentor junior and offshore team members and identify automation opportunities
