Job summary

INCA Engineering is seeking a C2 Systems Analyst to support modernization across a broad portfolio of C2 systems within a senior DoD environment. The role requires learning unfamiliar systems, evaluating how new capabilities fit into the architecture, and communicating implications to senior decision makers.

The position is onsite in Alexandria, VA with occasional telework and travel, requiring a TS/SCI eligible clearance ability and strong systems integration experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical experience with C2 or C5ISR systems (engineering, architecture, integration, operations).
• Experience supporting system development, integration, acquisition, or program management.
• US Citizenship with DoD TS clearance with SCI access or ability to obtain.
• 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze C2 systems, architectures, interfaces, dependencies and modernization activities.
• Develop reports, briefings, read-aheads and policy papers for senior officials.
• Coordinate inputs from government, program, engineering and industry stakeholders.
• Communicate technical analysis clearly in emails, papers, and presentations.
• Interact with government acquisition leadership and military partners.
