Job summary

PeopleTec is seeking a C2BMC and BOA Advanced Technology Engineer to support our Huntsville, AL location. You will assess new technologies for C2BMC/BOA and work with government teams and laboratories to transition capabilities for more efficient MDS operations.

The role requires 12-15+ years of engineering experience, a U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred). Travel is approx. 5% to CO, MD, and MA locations. A BS and MS in STEM fields are required.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years engineering experience across full life cycle of hardware and software.
• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI preferred.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Approximately 5% travel to listed locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess new technologies for C2BMC/ BOA and develop transition strategies.
• Coordinate with government teams, labs, FFRDCs, and UARCs to integrate technologies into MDS.
• Identify and plan transitions to migrate capabilities into future C2BMC/BOA spirals.
• Perform analysis and trade studies; define requirements for advanced development.
• Assist program manager with acquisition actions and government furnished equipment and contractor performance.
• Communicate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
