Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a C2BMC and BOA Advanced Technology Engineer for our Huntsville, AL location. The role will assess new technologies for C2BMC/BOA and collaborate with the Government Team Lead, Advance Development team, and FFRDCs to transition capabilities for MDS.

You will coordinate with MDA stakeholders and external laboratories to integrate promising technologies, perform analysis and trade studies, and help migrate proven capabilities into future spirals. U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have 12-15+ years experience developing capabilities for a major DoD program with full life-cycle hardware and software.
• Experience in Technology Roadmap development, C2BMC/BOA system development, kill assessment, cloud migration, or data mesh testing.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance at hire; Top Secret/SCI is preferred.
• Travel: approximately 5% of time to CO, MD, and MA.

Responsibilities

• Assess new technologies for C2BMC/BOA.
• Work with Government Team Lead, Advance Development team, and FFRDCs to assess and transition technologies for MDS.
• Coordinate with MDA stakeholders, external laboratories, FFRDCs, and UARCs to integrate technologies into the MDS.
• Identify and coordinate transition plans to migrate proven capabilities into future C2BMC/BOA spirals.
• Perform analysis and trade studies; identify risks; formulate requirements for C2BMC/BOA Advanced Development.
• Assist program manager in acquisition actions to get contractors under contract and obtain Government Furnished Equipment and Information.
• Demonstrate self-motivation with strong oral and written communication to work in a dynamic team.
