Job summary

Serco seeks a Tactical Command and Control (C2) Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed mission training for U.S. and allied aircrews, ABMs, and JTACs using ASCOT, CES, NGTS, and MACE in a dynamic virtual battlespace.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, and prior ABM/AIC/WD experience with key platforms. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Former ABM/AIC/WD with E-3/E-2/CRC/TAOC/BMCS background.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ experience in command and control; or Master’s with 7; or PhD with 4 years.
• Thorough knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 or equivalent; ALSSA Brevity and ALSSA Air Control Communication.
• Operationally relevant experience within past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences (e.g., RED FLAG) and integrate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine.
