Job summary

C4 Planning Solutions, LLC seeks a Futures Team Network and C2 Systems Engineer to support Marine Corps and joint environments at Camp Pendleton, CA. You will configure and sustain mission-enabling systems, participate in integration and validation, and provide field-level technical support.

Effective candidates have 5+ years in military settings, expertise in TMN architectures, and strong Linux networking skills including TCP/IP, routing, and DoW C2 systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting military units or training.
• Experience with TMN architecture and multi-tenant EUDs.
• RHEL administration including patching and user management.
• Awareness of TDLs and MIL-STDs.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF/BGP, DNS/DHCP, VLANs.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls.
• Familiarity with DoW C2 systems (TAK/ATAK/MCH/Maven) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, sustain, troubleshoot, and optimize mission-enabling systems.
• Assist with integration and validation of new capabilities in labs and ops.
• Provide technical support during training events and field activities.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate escalation as needed.
• Produce documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
