Job summary

C4 Planning Solutions, LLC is seeking a Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) Subject Matter Expert to support units at Camp Pendleton, CA. The role covers on-site and remote TBMCS setup, configuration, operation and maintenance.

The SME will train and assist Marines in system interoperability, TBMCS functionality, and related networks while deployed or in garrison. A Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in TBMCS/C4I systems support.
• Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• CompTIA Security+ certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide C4I systems support for TBMCS on-site and remotely to military units.
• Set up, configure, operate, troubleshoot and maintain TBMCS and related systems.
• Train Marines and other users in system interoperability and troubleshooting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) Subject Matter Expert is responsible for providing C4I systems support to military units via on-site and remote efforts. This support includes the set-up, configuration, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance for TBMCS. These support efforts are provided to military units while deployed, in garrison, in preparation of, and while participating in major exercises and contingency operations.

• Able to provide highly specialized system interoperability and integration support, including over-the shoulder training and troubleshooting for multiple fielded C4I systems and associated tactical networks to Marines deployed and in garrison
• Familiarity with operation and technical support of TBMCS, NetApp, Windows Server 2012, Solaris 10, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange Server
• Working knowledge of the administration and troubleshooting of Cisco routing and switching, WebLogic, and Oracle database
• Experience working with virtualization technologies such as VMware and vSphere
• General knowledge of a Tactical Air Command Center, Marine Tactical Air Control Squadron and the tactical utilization of C4I systems

Education:

• Certification listed above accepted in lieu of higher education: And
• Experience equal to degree level
