DRW in Chicago is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to develop trading applications and tools for their trading desks. This position requires 10+ years of experience in server-side systems and proficiency in C++ or Rust.

As part of an algorithmic trading team, you will tackle challenging problems and work across the tech stack. The role offers a base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 and eligibility for annual bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing high-availability server-side systems, preferably in C++ or Rust.
• 3+ years of experience using modern C++ (20/23/26 standards) or Rust.
• Strong practical knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience in multi-threaded programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications and libraries for trading systems.
