NinjaOne is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join our team building the automated endpoint management platform trusted by 40,000+ customers. You will design scalable features, optimize performance, and ship enterprise-grade software across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers in a fast-paced, agile setting, applying design patterns and modern C++ to solve real-world challenges at scale on millions of endpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of C++ development experience.
• Experience on Windows, Linux/Unix, macOS cross‑platform development.
• Designing high‑performance, multi‑threaded applications.
• Ability to develop test cases and test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Windows or Linux internals.
• Experience with client-server architectures.
