Job summary

Fionics is seeking a Senior C++ Engineer to lead its Core Engineering group in New York. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who writes code daily while guiding a high-performance team on low-latency systems.

You will own design and optimization of core components, collaborate with the CTO and senior stakeholders, and help shape the direction of the platform at a crypto-native prop firm. Position is on-site in New York with a long non-compete for the right candidate.

Qualifications

7 to 12+ years in low-latency C++ from a top-tier firm.
Hands-on senior engineer with leadership experience.
Deep systems and performance expertise.
No crypto experience required if the technical bar is met.
