Job summary

HellaGoodAudio is seeking a Senior Programmer C++ to design, optimize, and debug Unreal Engine 4 systems for multi-platform development. You will deploy, test, and evaluate performance on both PC and console targets, working closely with production, design, and art teams across time zones.

The role requires strong C/C++ expertise, a background in parallel and multi-threaded engine systems, and experience with UE4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or equivalent.
• 3+ years developing and optimizing engine systems.
• 1+ shipped AAA title with UE4.
• Strong C/C++ skills.
• Experience with multi-threaded engine designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize UE4+ engine systems.
• Deploy, evaluate performance, and test on supported game platforms.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, design, and art teams on technical goals, features, and development.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to design and roadmap of engine technology.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams.
