Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and enhance a high-throughput, real-time transaction app in C on Linux.
• Design, develop, and maintain a CI/CD framework to streamline delivery.
• Isolate and reproduce defects with clear debug conditions.
• Leverage production data to validate system performance and reliability.
• Provide tactical and technical support across tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Assess impact on adjacent systems and evaluate short- and long-term implications of decisions.
• Develop tools and infrastructure to test complex, distributed systems.
• Build tooling to measure and increase delivery velocity.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality code that meets specifications and customer requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve daily work processes and system efficiency.
• Act as a technical/functional point of contact for projects or subsets of internal business systems.
• Coach and mentor team members on application, platform, and architectural standards.
