Job summary

TechDigital Group in Atlanta, GA, seeks a skilled C/Linux developer to maintain, optimize, and scale a high-throughput real-time processing app in a 24x7 production environment.

You will design and build CI/CD frameworks, isolate defects with reproducible conditions, and develop tooling to accelerate engineering velocity while delivering high-quality code.

• Maintain, support and enhance a high throughput, distributed, real-time transaction processing application, written in the C programming language, running on the Linux platform, in a 24x7x365 production environment
• Design, develop, and maintain a CI/CD framework for the application
• Isolate application defects effectively, as well as provide specific conditions for reproducibility
• Leverage production data to test how our systems perform
• Provide tactical and technical support on tasks
• Understand impact on adjacent systems as well as short- and long-term impact of technical and/or functional decisions
• Develop effective tools and infrastructure to test complex, large-scale distributed systems
• Design and build tooling and infrastructure to help engineering teams measure and increase their velocity
• Ensure high-quality code is delivered that meets specifications and customer requirements
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve delivery of daily work
• Act as technical and/or functional point of contact for a project / subset of internal business systems projects
• Coach/mentor others in application, platform, and/or global architectural standards
