Job summary

The Caldwell Group seeks an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise web applications using Angular and .NET technologies in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment. You will collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include building modern UIs, REST APIs, and scalable data integrations, while leveraging Power BI and Power Automate for analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Angular 16+ and C#/.NET Core.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server/Oracle.
• Experience designing AI-enabled apps including AI services or LLMs.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Agile software development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise web apps using Angular, .NET, and Microsoft tech.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop modern, responsive UIs and scalable REST APIs.
• Design and optimize database objects and SQL queries.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into business applications (search, AI agents, document intelligence).
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, and cloud services to improve workflows and decisions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, coding, testing, deployment and support.
• Contribute to technical standards and improve application quality and maintainability.
