Job summary

The Caldwell Group seeks an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise web applications using Angular and .NET technologies in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment. You will collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include building modern UIs, REST APIs, and scalable data integrations, while leveraging Power BI and Power Automate for analytics and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong experience with Angular 16+ and C#/.NET Core.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server/Oracle.
• Experience designing AI-enabled apps including AI services or LLMs.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Agile software development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise web applications using Angular, .NET, and Microsoft technologies.
• Partner directly with Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces and scalable REST APIs.
• Design and optimize database objects, SQL queries, and application integrations.
• Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities into business applications, including intelligent search, conversational interfaces, document intelligence, workflow automation, and other emerging AI experiences.
• Develop solutions that leverage Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, enterprise data, and cloud services to improve business workflows and investment decision-making.
• Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
