Job summary

Hamilton Company seeks an experienced Senior Buyer – PCBA & Electronics to lead end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and supplier management for PCBA and electronic commodities. You will safeguard continuity of supply, manage MRP execution, and drive cost improvements aligned with product roadmaps.

The ideal candidate has deep technical familiarity with electronic components, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of cross-functional leadership in high-velocity manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field; 7+ years in purchasing for PCBA/electronics.
• Experience with EMS partners, NPI lifecycles, and strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and supplier risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier management for PCBA and electronics.
• Oversee daily MRP execution and issue purchase orders to balance supply and demand.
• Develop multi-year commodity roadmaps and drive cost reductions.
• Establish supplier KPIs and lead supplier business reviews.
