URBN is seeking a Senior Buyer for Men's Wovens to craft a bold, data-driven product mix that drives sales and profitability. You will lead the assortment strategy, own the key item plan, and manage OT B with real-time trend insights.

The role requires 9+ years in a fast-paced buying environment, a fashion/merchandising degree, and strong leadership to guide cross-functional partners toward a customer-centric, trend-responsive collection.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in a fast-paced buying role in apparel
• Strong command of retail stats (IMU, MD, GM, WOS, OTB)
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Architect the assortment strategy for Men's Wovens
• Own key item strategy to drive sales and profitability
• Manage Open to Buy (OTB), reorders, cancellations and markdowns
• Collaborate with Design, Planning, Production, Sourcing and DMM
