• Process and confirm PO’s and communicate what needs to be ordered
• Negotiate prices, discount terms, or transportation arrangements with suppliers
• Manage open POs, back orders and inventory levels
• Maintain price lists and reply to emails by end of business day
• Build relationships with suppliers and liaise with internal teams
• Monitor sales records and forecasts to determine inventory needs
