Talentify is seeking a Buyer III for the Racine, WI location. The role requires self-starters with 5+ years of procurement experience, strong SAP and Excel skills, and the ability to navigate complex supplier relationships.

You will analyze price trends, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery of parts and materials. Responsibilities include collaborating with suppliers, forecasting demand, and supporting cost-reduction efforts across purchasing and engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement/supply experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with supplier negotiations and cost management.
• Experience handling large quantities and high-dollar transactions.

Responsabilités

• Analyze external price trends and new products to reduce purchasing costs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure suppliers can meet forecasted demand.
• Coordinate cost-reduction efforts across purchasing and engineering when applicable.
• Participate in design/technical reviews as needed.
• Manage relationships with major suppliers and vendors to ensure service standards.
