Zusammenfassung

Monarch Quantum is seeking a Senior Buyer to build our supplier base and support rapid product iteration within an engineering-driven environment. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Finance to manage BOM changes, ECOs, and supplier readiness for complex products.

Lead RFQs, cost analyses, and MPAs; establish strategic supplier partnerships; monitor lead times and PPV; and optimize long-lead components for high-tech hardware.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of procurement or buyer experience.
• Experience supporting NPI or low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments.
• Experience in high-tech hardware sectors preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage material purchasing requirements and BOM changes with Engineering.
• Execute procurement against MPS and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Finance.
• Monitor long-lead-time components and qualify alternate parts or suppliers.
• Track supplier OTIF, lead times, PPV, and material availability.
• Identify and manage a panel of capable suppliers meeting specs and quality.
• Lead RFQs, cost analysis, and MPAs, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Establish and manage strategic supplier partnerships for long-term scalability.
