Job summary

Augmentis Group is seeking a Procurement professional to support two major Procurement Teams. You will manage RFQs, cost analyses, supplier negotiations, and purchase orders to ensure production schedules and optimal value while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, ITAR familiarity, and experience with Oracle and Microsoft Excel. Travel to shop floor sites may be required; strong collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated procurement experience in an enterprise setting.
• Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision making.
• Experience collaborating with multiple internal departments and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQs and proposals based on Plant requirements.
• Review quotations and perform cost analyses for best value.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times aligned with Plant goals.
• Place and manage purchase orders to support production and inventory needs.
• Ensure procurement procedures are followed for quality and audits.
• Onboard new suppliers and new item setups.
• Provide timely support to business operations.
