Job summary

Endries International, Inc. is seeking a Buyer to support procurement of fasteners and related products. The role involves collaborating with suppliers, monitoring inventory and ensuring timely purchase orders to meet customer demand.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or related), 5+ years buying experience, and familiarity with procurement software and MS Office. Certification in APICS/CPIM/CPSM is a plus. Brillion, WI-based position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
5+ years of buying experience required.
Certifications like APICS, CPIM or CPSM preferred.
Fastener Industry knowledge is preferred.
Strong understanding of Total Cost of Ownership.
Experience in vendor relations.

Responsibilities

Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, communicate regularly, and negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely placement to maintain inventory and meet demand.
Monitor and analyze inventory to avoid overstock and advise on replenishment.
Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities within procurement.
Collaborate with quality teams to ensure purchased products meet standards.
Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and contracts in compliance with policies.
