Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Technical Analyst to translate Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Risk Adjustment requirements into production-ready solutions while working remotely.

You will collaborate with business analysts and IT to convert business needs into specifications, automate SAS-based workflows, and build robust Snowflake-based data pipelines. This role emphasizes data integration, analytics, and scalable architecture across healthcare datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in technical data analysis.
• 4+ years of experience in SAS, SQL, and Snowflake.
• 1+ year of Healthcare experience, specifically Medicare Advantage or Medicaid.
• Experience modernizing SAS ETL workflows into Snowflake using Snowflake SQL and Snowpark Python.
• Preferred SAS Certified Professional or SnowPro Certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business analysts and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and process improvements
• Analyze requirements and automate processing to support production-ready SAS code for Encounter Risk Adjustment workflows
• Create robust database solutions by integrating complex healthcare datasets and modernizing legacy SAS ETL workflows into Snowflake architecture

Required qualifications:
