• 7+ years of data-analysis experience within a healthcare payer environment.
• Strong healthcare insurance or payer-domain experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle.
• 5+ years of hands-on ETL and data-engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Teradata experience.
• 7+ years of experience with functional analysis, gap analysis, and business-requirements definition.
• Experience creating technical specifications, test cases, test plans, data and process documentation.
• Strong data-quality, QA, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis, gap analysis, and business-requirements definition.
• Analyze complex healthcare payer data and provide meaningful business insights.
