Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a Sr. BTA on the Medical Management/Health Services team to translate Medicare Advantage and Medicaid risk adjustment requirements into scalable, production-ready SAS/SQL solutions within a Snowflake framework.

You will modernize legacy SAS ETL workflows, implement data quality controls, and build reusable data assets while collaborating with risk adjustment stakeholders and vendor teams across multiple healthcare datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in technical data analysis and system design.
• Proven experience in SAS and SQL development for data processing and reporting.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage/Medicaid risk adjustment data and CMS/audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with analysts and IT to translate business requirements into technical SAS/SQL specifications.
• Develop production-ready SAS code for RA prioritization and chart processing workflows with Snowflake migration in mind.
• Create integrated healthcare datasets (claims, enrollment, provider, pharmacy, clinical data) for robust analytics.
