Job summary

The Office of the State Controller (OSC) seeks a seasoned Business Systems Manager (NS) to lead the NCFS team that designs, implements, and supports Oracle Financials Cloud ERP for the State of North Carolina. This role guides solution design, system configuration, outreach, and engagement across the NCFS materials processes including AP, expense, procurement, inventory and fixed assets.

You'll manage Business System Analyst IIIs, coach staff, plan sustainment efforts, and ensure high‑quality

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to interpret, analyze and apply knowledge of accounting, budgeting and information systems and operations.
• Experience leading, monitoring and assigning tasks to team members and reporting progress to management.
• Experience with complex interfaces and data conversions and coordinating with state agencies.
