Job summary

Office of the State Controller (OSC) Information Technology seeks an IT Security & Compliance Specialist II to manage SAP HR/Payroll and Oracle Fusion NCFS security, including SoD reviews and SoD risk mitigation. You will coordinate security roles, access requests, and production security across 60 agencies, with a focus on compliant governance and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related IT field and two years of progressive experience in IT Security or closely related area; or an Associate degree with three years of progressive experience.
• Equivalent education/experience combinations may be considered.
• Experience with SAP security, SAP Authorization Objects, Oracle Fusion security, and SoD risk assessment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Administer production security for SAP HR/Payroll and Oracle Fusion NCFS systems.
• Handle security requests from security admins across agencies via Ivanti tickets.
• Apply SAP best practices for structural authorizations and manage role changes.
• Lead security projects during agency reorganizations or startup of a new agency.
• Develop and maintain security documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
