Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, business administration, project management, or related field with 3–5 years of Medicaid/health IT project experience.
• Ability to develop, manage, and monitor integrated master schedules and project budgets.
• Strong vendor management and ensuring contract deliverables are met.
• Experience leading projects with waterfall, agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficient with MS Project and tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Workday, or Monday.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact business operations projects across finance, contracts, staffing, and external communications.
• Develop time-sensitive project management plans including scope, requirements, risks, and communication plans.
• Provide regular progress reports, identify blockers, and manage changes to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate with internal staff, vendors, and state agencies to align with strategic priorities.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure contractual requirements are met.
