Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years as a Senior Business Analyst in banking software delivery.
• 1+ year leading/supervising other senior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs through analysis and elicitation.
• Collaborate with tech team to implement systems.
• Produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories, wireframes and requirements traces.
• Lead end-to-end impact analysis and UAT planning.
• Train users and provide end-user documentation.
