Job summary

Cal Poly Humboldt is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II or III to provide dedicated ITS support for the SPF, managing SPF’s software ecosystem and ensuring compatibility with campus systems. The role focuses on procurement, integration, and reporting enhancements to align technology with grant administration needs.

The position is full-time, exempt, 12-month pay plan with a one-year probationary period in Information Technology Services (ITS).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated liaison for procurement, implementation, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, and related coordination between SPF, ITS, vendors, and campus partners.
• Act as subject matter expert on SPF’s software environment, integrations, and change management.
• Communicate process changes, system impacts, and implementation considerations to ITS and SPF stakeholders, and develop support materials and documentation for adopted solutions.
• Support ITS collaboration on SPF projects involving data, systems, applications, and reporting tools.
• Level III: independently lead significant SPF technology initiatives under ITS Director’s direction, with accountability for delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
