Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated liaison for SPF, ITS, vendors, and campus partners.
• Act as subject matter expert on SPF's software environment, integrations, and change management.
• Communicate process changes, system impacts, and implementation considerations to ITS and SPF stakeholders, and develop support materials and documentation for adopted solutions.
• Support ITS collaboration on SPF special projects involving data, systems, applications, and reporting tools.
• Lead complex SPF technology initiatives under ITS direction, with accountability for delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
