Job summary

Cal Poly Humboldt is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II/III to manage SPF’s software ecosystem and align SPF technology with campus systems. You will coordinate procurement, document requirements, and lead solution evaluations, ensuring timely delivery within ITS.

Qualifications

• Level II requires a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Level III requires a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with CSU procurement and budgeting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between SPF, ITS, vendors and campus partners.
• Gather functional requirements for software solutions supporting grants and budgeting.
• Lead evaluations of product capabilities for reporting and accounts‑payable.
• Coordinate procurement processes to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop timelines and coordinate SPF ITS projects.
