Job summary

Boeing is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a contract assignment in the ESTS organization to support TSOC. You will assist systems onboarding, backend administration, compliance audits, deployments, troubleshooting, and sustainment across S2P and A2R ecosystems, improving enterprise processes for internal teams and suppliers.

This role serves as a bridge between business teams and IT, supporting issue resolution, root cause analysis, system monitoring, SAP updates, and Testing COE

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including charts/graphs, macros, pivot tables, and data manipulation
• Experience managing Source-to-Pay (S2P) value stream in a SAP S/4 environment
• Experience with SAP updates and related coordination activities
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• 3+ years of experience as a systems administrator
• Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Support systems onboarding, backend administration, access validation, and compliance activities
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and IT to coordinate issue resolution and technical support
• Perform troubleshooting, triage, root cause analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions
• Monitor systems and support cleanup activities to maintain data integrity and stability
• Support SAP updates, coordination, and validation activities
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and apply structured process methods and tools
• Plan and schedule assigned work (Project Management)
• Provide Testing COE support, including SIT/UAT coordination, execution support, and defect tracking
