This role oversees the letter configuration flow within the MHK system, coordinating with offshore resources and ensuring smooth transitions from intake to release readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software configuration or resolution teams.
• Experience in problem analysis and process.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, process and user needs; document requirements and translate into system specifications.
• Serve as primary process owner for letter configuration within the MHK system and manage end-to-end flow of letter requests.
• Coordinate with offshore configuration resources, monitor backlog aging and throughput, and raise risks when needed.
