Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the resolution team or software configuration.
• Experience in problem analysis and process.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary process owner and coordination point for letter configuration work within the MHK system.
• Manage the flow of letter requests from intake through readiness, offshore configuration, quality review, testing coordination, and release readiness.
• Coordinate with offshore configuration resources, monitor backlog aging and throughput, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.
