Quantam Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a fully remote role, with Kentucky candidates preferred. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering, analyze and document business needs, and work with PMs, SMEs, developers, and vendors to deliver reliable system changes.

The role balances production support with project work, including testing, user acceptance, and guiding releases from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements for enterprise IT applications.
• Experience supporting production applications, troubleshooting functional issues, and coordinating resolutions with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead or participate in requirements gathering sessions with project managers, SMEs, business users, developers, and vendors.
• Analyze, define, document, and validate business requirements and use cases.
• Provide ongoing production support by investigating issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Coordinate with business users and vendors to support releases and timelines.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Support testing, UAT, and defect verification.
