Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through sessions, interviews, and workshops.
• Translate requirements into BRD/FRD/SRS and user stories.
• Create diagrams and data flows using Visio or Lucidchart.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Perform gap, impact and root-cause analyses and suggest improvements.
• Analyze data using SQL and create reports/dashboards with Power BI/Tableau.
• Manage user stories, sprints, and project docs in Jira and Confluence.
• Support UAT, design test scenarios, and validate functionality.
• Communicate risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Support releases, changes, and post-implementation activities.
