Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical solution design.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional projects and delivering solutions.
• 3+ years creating BRDs, process flows, user stories, and UAT plans.
• 2+ years mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to align business and technical vision.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and system requirements, translating business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Lead solution design discussions and support project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Coordinate with developers, data teams, QA analysts, and business users to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder communication, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous system improvements.
• Support production systems, troubleshoot business process issues, and drive continuous operational enhancements.
• Develop process flows, BRDs, user stories, and comprehensive testing plans.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts and cross‑functional team members.
• Support strategic initiatives including Apollo Quality, eCW, Zephyr, DataRap, Horizon 360, Analytics and Insights, Affordability, and Cloud Migration programs.
• Leverage enterprise‑approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement.
