What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
- Own requirements gathering and solution design across complex systems, including Envestnet, FIS, and Salesforce
- Lead cross-functional teams through structured mapping sessions to clarify goals and define specifications
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams
- Mentor junior analysts and promote a culture of proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support, OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in the same fields
- Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently without micromanagement
- Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Wealth Management domains, particularly Trust, Brokerage, and Investment platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or Product Management within Financial Services
- Experience with platforms such as Envestnet, SEI, FIS, Salesforce, or similar wealth tools
- Prior product ownership or project leadership experience
- UX familiarity and experience collaborating with designers or conducting user testing
- Strong grasp of Agile delivery and cross-functional team management
