First Citizens is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a remote role based in North Carolina. This pivotal position involves collaborating with executive stakeholders to deliver complex Wealth Management technology initiatives, focusing on product strategy, stakeholder management, and project leadership. This is a remote role that may only be hired in North Carolina.
The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role in Wealth Management plays a dynamic, high-impact hybrid role at the intersection of product strategy, stakeholder management, business analysis, digital transformation, and project leadership. This senior-level position partners closely with executive stakeholders to lead the definition, design, and delivery of complex Wealth Management technology initiatives.
We are looking for a confident self-starter who operates with minimal direction, thrives in ambiguity, wears multiple hats, and understands how to translate strategy into actionable delivery. The ideal candidate combines a Product Manager’s vision, a Project Manager’s structure, a UX Analyst’s empathy, and a BSA’s technical depth.

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support
The base pay for this position is generally between $111,000 and $170,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
