- Ability to operate independently without micromanagement
- Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Wealth Management domains, particularly Trust, Brokerage, and Investment platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or related roles
- Experience with platforms such as Envestnet, FIS, or Salesforce
- Prior product ownership or project leadership experience
- UX familiarity and experience collaborating with designers or conducting user testing
- Strong grasp of Agile delivery and cross-functional team management
