Job summary

CorSource Technology Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst 3 (N-IT) for a 12-month contract. The role interfaces with end users to develop requirements and supports deployment of software, security, and virtualization projects.

The ideal candidate will manage requirements, facilitate workshops, and coordinate with project managers and other BSAs to ensure continuity and alignment with OT SLC processes.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge in supporting full lifecycle of projects through the IT Systems Development Lifecycle.
• Experience with requirements development, interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements.
• Ability to decompose high-level information and articulate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design sessions, key decisions and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare functional/technical documentation and hand-offs to IT teams.
• Create reports and queries for extracting business information.
• Support change management plans and system verification activities.
