Job summary

Kern River Gas Transmission Company, part of Berkshire Hathaway Energy, is seeking a Staff Systems Analyst to provide OT support for production systems in Salt Lake City. You will address a wide range of OT issues, act as technical lead on OT projects, and interface with multiple departments.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in information systems or CS or equivalent, at least five years of experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of five years' experience as Staff Systems Analyst.
Strong communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and handle on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

Provides daily support of installed production applications and systems.
Interfaces and understands the relationship and connectivity issues for various applications.
Participates in planning and scheduling to establish deadlines and ensures timely completion of several independent tasks and short-term projects.
Gathers and documents business requirements for complex OT projects and proposes solutions.
Interacts extensively with the customer and acts as the key liaison to customers on multiple projects.
