DTCC is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive modernization of clearance and settlement platforms. You will analyze complex systems, define future-state requirements, and guide delivery teams from discovery through execution.

In a hybrid environment, you will partner with Product, Tech, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, use data analysis to inform decisions, and mentor junior analysts to strengthen governance and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting complex technology initiatives.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Product Managers, Stakeholders, Tech teams, and delivery squads to gather and document requirements.
• Perform current-state analysis of applications, workflows, and data flows.
• Identify simplification, automation, and modernization opportunities across legacy environments.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specs, process flows, use cases, and documentation.
• Support Agile delivery by refining requirements and ensuring teams have needed information.
