Job summary

Azad Technology Partners seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support the Facility's Operational Technology Services Work Planning & Delivery organization. You will analyze systems, interface with users to develop requirements, and assist in deploying software, telecom, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and virtualization projects to ensure continuity and coordination.

This is a 2+ year consultant role, hybrid based in Vancouver, Washington with onsite 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Technical Management, Information Management, Engineering, Business Systems, Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
• 10 years of experience with an Associate's degree.
• 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 12 years of experience without a degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Visio and/or other flowchart tools.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience using a requirements management tool.
• Expert knowledge of IT SDLC and SLC management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops to elicit business requirements.
• Research, analyze, model and organize information for developing requirements.
• Decompose high-level information and abstract up from low-level information to distinguish solution ideas from business needs.
• Facilitate requirements validation sessions and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to resolve requirements conflicts between stakeholders.
• Research, document, and validate current and future state processes and designs (functional and technical).
• Help define best approaches, alternatives, and decision frameworks for analyses.
