TheSenior Business Systems Analyst (Sr. BSA)reviews and evaluates business needs to create system solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity. Sr. BSA develops/documents business requirements and assists in creating functional specifications that drive development and implementation. Sr. BSA functions as a liaison between IT and various business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project expectations while assisting in the planning and monitoring of development and maintenance efforts. In addition to project development activities, the Sr. BSA performs maintenance and production support roles for assigned applications, acting as an advocate for the business and point of contact for IT.
