Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the District of Columbia DHS project. This onsite contract role requires extensive experience in capturing and managing requirements, tracing them through development, testing, and delivery.

The candidate will develop requirements, workflows, and system analyses, working with business stakeholders to specify functional and nonfunctional specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software requirements analysis and documentation.
• Experience with Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with modeling tools Visio, Balsamiq, Contour or Jira is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Capture, verify, and manage requirements and traceability.
• Develop requirements, workflow and system analysis for projects.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure requirements are met.
• Prepare system documentation, user guides, and release notes.
