• Develop requirements, workflow and system analysis; work with stakeholders to develop software requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure business and system requirements are met, and to enhance functionality.
• Create system and user documentation and release notes; develop SOPs and process diagrams.
