Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to connect business strategy, process design, and enterprise systems across BIS functions. This senior role partners with BIS Architecture, Engineering, Data, and vendors to deliver scalable, controlled business capabilities.

The position requires leading end-to-end transformations, strong domain depth in Finance, Supply Chain, People, or Legal, and experience with ERP and analytics. Hybrid Bay Area presence is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior Business Systems Analyst with enterprise-scale experience.
• Strong process mapping, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, analytics, reporting, and workflow automation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to shape roadmaps, business cases, intake, prioritization, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery, current/future-state mapping, and gap analysis across Finance, Supply Chain, People, and Legal functions.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, data flows, user stories, and sprint-ready backlog items.
• Develop depth in ERP and enterprise platforms, integrations, reporting, controls, and data dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional design, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and scalability.
• Lead requirements traceability, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, and adoption activities.
